For the Boards of Real Estate Brokers and Sales Persons as well as Plumbing and Gas Fitting: ePLACE is being replaced with a new licensing platform: eLIPSE.

Starting June 16, Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons and Plumbers and Gas Fitters will begin using the new eLIPSE platform. Access to ePLACE for these groups will end on June 12.

Action Required: If you hold a license or have an application with one of these Boards, please complete any pending tasks in ePLACE by May 31 to avoid delays.
Note: All other applicants and licensees will continue using ePLACE until further notice.
